Grats stores as little as possible: your battletag and the characters you choose to follow. Nothing else about you.

You log in on Blizzard's own page, so we never see your password. We do not keep your Battle.net login token: it is used once to list your characters and then thrown away. You can revoke Grats's access at any time on your Blizzard account site under Connections, Authorized Applications.

For followed characters we keep public game data from the Battle.net API (level, gear, guild) and snapshots of it over time, so we can show your journey.

We check regularly whether characters still exist. Characters that disappeared or changed hands are removed together with their history.

If you join the waitlist we keep only your email address, use it once to tell you Grats is open, and delete the waitlist afterwards.

Groups are private by default. Only members see them, unless a group leader makes the group public.

You can remove everything at any time with Delete my account at the bottom of every page. That deletes your account, characters and their snapshots straight away.
